VisaFlow GmbH operates as an insurance broker (Versicherungsmakler) within the meaning of § 34d Abs. 1 GewO (German Trade Regulation Act). A statutory licence in accordance with § 34d Abs. 1 GewO has been granted.
VisaFlow GmbH is registered in the Insurance Intermediary Register (Vermittlerregister) with the registration number D-8475-QCTZB-92.
Independence
VisaFlow GmbH operates as an independent broker (ungebunden), acting on behalf of its clients and not on behalf of any particular insurer. Neither VisaFlow GmbH nor any of its shareholders holds 10 percent or more of the voting rights or capital of any insurance undertaking; likewise, no insurance undertaking holds 10 percent or more of the voting rights or capital of VisaFlow GmbH, whether directly or indirectly.
