How much does Europa-Universität Flensburg cost for international students?
EUF charges no tuition fees, for EU and non-EU students alike, apart from a one-off registration fee of 60 EUR when you first enrol.
Every student pays a semester fee each semester: 403.80 EUR for fall 2026/27. It is made up of 89 EUR for the Studentenwerk, 226.80 EUR for the Deutschlandsemesterticket, which covers public transport across Germany, 25 EUR for the student body, 3 EUR for the social fund and a 60 EUR administrative fee. In your first semester you pay 463.80 EUR, including the registration fee.
| Item | Cost for international students |
|---|---|
| Bachelor | No tuition fees |
| Master | No tuition fees |
| Registration fee (once) | 60 EUR |
| Semester contribution (everyone) | 403.80 EUR per semester (fall 2026/27) |
No tuition does not mean no proof of funds. For the student visa you still need to show 11,904 EUR for the year, usually in a blocked account, and that money has to be transferred months before the semester starts.
