About FHDW University of Applied Sciences Paderborn
The Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW) is a private, state-recognised university of applied sciences based in Paderborn, North Rhine-Westphalia, founded in 1993, with 2,059 students. It teaches business administration, business informatics and applied computer science at campuses in Paderborn, Bielefeld, Bergisch Gladbach, Mettmann and Marburg.
Most FHDW Bachelor's programmes are dual, alternating every three months between the university and a partner company, or part-time alongside a job. These are not suitable routes to a student visa on their own; the full-time International Business Management programme in Paderborn is the option for international students.
