You apply by email to FOM's International Office (incomings@fom.de) with the programme's application form and certified documents; uni-assist is not used, and FOM usually replies within 24 hours on working days. No separate date for non-EU applicants is published. FOM recommends applying at least 6 to 8 weeks before the semester and applying for the visa at least 2 to 3 months before it starts, so if you need a visa, apply well before that. Bachelor's applicants need TestAS or FOM's own entrance examination, and an APS certificate may be required for qualifications from India, China or Vietnam.
