hochschule 21 publishes one rule for all applicants: there is no closing date for most programmes. In practice, you first need an employment contract with a partner company (engineering) or a training place at a partner school or clinic (health programmes) before you can start. Foreign school-leaving qualifications are checked through uni-assist.

How many programmes are taught in English?

None. All programmes are taught in German; hochschule 21 does not publish a German level for international applicants, so ask the admissions office. It offers eight dual Bachelor's programmes (Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering Construction and Real Estate, Building Services Engineering, Mechatronics, Physiotherapy, Midwifery and Nursing) and a part-time Master's in Civil Engineering. Because every programme needs a German employment or training contract or is part-time, studying here on a student visa is only possible if a German partner company or school accepts you first.
