ICN Berlin Business School is a private French Grande École campus, so tuition applies at every level and is set per programme rather than being free the way it is at Germany's public universities. The Berlin-taught International BBA costs 9,900 EUR a year; the Master in Management (Programme Grande École) costs 14,800 EUR in year one and 14,500 EUR in year two; and Berlin's English-taught MSc programmes range from 13,000 to 15,000 EUR a year depending on the programme and year.

Alongside tuition, every applicant pays a 100 EUR application fee, and a 4,000 EUR deposit is due at registration, later deducted from the tuition bill.

Paying tuition does not remove the proof-of-funds requirement either. For the student visa you still need to show about 11,904 EUR for the year, usually in a blocked account, on top of covering ICN's fees.

ICN Berlin runs on the same international admissions cycle as ICN's Nancy and Paris campuses, rather than the separate Bachelor and Master calendars used by German public universities, and for the same September intake the non-EU deadline falls several weeks before the EU deadline.

ICN Berlin currently teaches its International BBA fully in English, offers the Master in Management on an English track, and runs several English-taught MSc programmes at the Berlin campus, including Finance, Risk and Markets, Brand and Marketing Management, and Innovative Business Models and Greentech Start-ups, with two further MScs due to launch there in September 2027. Most of the Berlin catalogue is at Master's level; the International BBA is the only confirmed English-taught Bachelor's route. You can study these programmes without German, and Berlin's international job market means you do not need German to work alongside your studies either, though everyday German still helps with housing and daily life.

ICN sets one certificate table across its Bachelor and Master programmes rather than per faculty. For programmes taught in English, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 750, TOEFL 74 to 76 for Bachelor's or 80 for Master's and MSc, or Duolingo 105 are accepted. Native English speakers are exempt from the test entirely, a broader waiver than the country-of-degree waiver some public universities use, so check with admissions if your own case is not straightforward.
