How much does Steinbeis University cost for international students?
Steinbeis is a private university and charges tuition for the whole programme. The same prices apply to EU and non-EU students. On top come a one-time admission fee of 250 EUR and an examination fee of 250 EUR. S-Next offers scholarships of up to 30% for Master's programmes and up to 20% for the B.A.
| Programme (Berlin, full-time) | Total tuition |
|---|---|
| B.A. Business Administration, 6 semesters | 19,000 EUR |
| M.A. (60 ECTS), 2 semesters, e.g. Digital Marketing | 12,900 EUR |
| One-Year MBA Management Excellence, 2 semesters | 19,800 EUR |
| M.Sc. Data Analytics & AI, 4 semesters | 23,800 EUR |
| Other specialisations | See the programme page |
| Admission fee + examination fee (one-time) | 250 EUR + 250 EUR |
No semester contribution is published. The programme pages carry no academic year for the prices, so confirm the current fees with S-Next before you apply.
On top of tuition, you need proof of funds for the student visa: 11,904 EUR for the year, usually in a blocked account.
What are the application deadlines?
S-Next publishes no application deadline. Programmes start four times a year, in October, January, April and July, and admission is rolling. International applicants apply directly through the S-Next admissions portal; there is no uni-assist step. S-Next's international team offers visa guidance, housing and onboarding support.
| Degree | Intake | Deadline (non-EU) |
|---|---|---|
| B.A. Business Administration, Berlin | October, January, April, July | No fixed deadline |
| Master's (MBA, M.Sc., M.A.), Berlin | October, January, April, July | No fixed deadline |
Because the visa process takes several months, apply well before your chosen intake and confirm the latest application date for your start with S-Next (studentadvisory@steinbeis-next.de).
