How much does Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau cost for international students?
TH Wildau charges no tuition for full-time Bachelor's and Master's programmes, for EU and non-EU students alike, because Brandenburg charges no general tuition fees. Fees apply only to work-integrated programmes and to the post-graduate Master of Aviation Management, run with the Wildau Institute of Technology.
| Item | Cost for international students |
|---|---|
| Bachelor (full-time) | No tuition fees |
| Master (full-time) | No tuition fees |
| Master of Aviation Management (post-graduate, English) | 11,000 EUR (90 credits) or 12,500 EUR (120 credits) for the whole programme, including the semester contribution |
| Semester contribution (everyone, winter 2026/27) | 376.80 EUR (226.80 EUR Deutschlandticket, 80 EUR Studierendenwerk, 19 EUR student council, 51 EUR enrolment and re-registration fee) |
Work-integrated German-taught programmes cost 350 EUR per semester plus the contribution. The amount is set each semester, so it changes.
No tuition does not mean no proof of funds. For the student visa you still need to show 11,904 EUR for the year, usually in a blocked account.
What are the application deadlines?
If you have foreign certificates, you apply through uni-assist only; do not apply separately in TH Wildau's portal. After uni-assist forwards your application, TH Wildau sends you access to its online portal. Applicants from China, India and Vietnam first need an APS certificate. Admission decisions usually follow at the beginning of August (winter) or February (summer).
| Degree | Intake | Deadline (non-EU, via uni-assist) |
|---|---|---|
| Bachelor and Master | Winter (application from 1 May) | 15 June requested, 15 July at the latest |
| Master (programmes with a summer intake) | Summer (application from 1 December) | 15 January |
Applicants with German certificates have later dates (31 August for winter, 31 March for summer), so those do not apply to you. All Bachelor's programmes start in winter only; among the English-taught programmes, only European Business Management (M.A.) also starts in summer. Applying by 15 June leaves more time for the visa.
How many programmes are taught in English?
Five degree programmes are taught in English:
- European Business Management (B.A.)
- European Business Management (M.A.)
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management (M.Eng.)
- Photonics (M.Eng.)
- Master of Aviation Management (post-graduate, fee-paying)
Technical Management (M.Eng.) and European Management (M.A.) are being phased out and no longer admit students. The joint Master's in Digital Logistics Management is also taught in English, but its first year is run by Caucasus University in Tbilisi and you apply there, so it is not counted here.
