MasterNo tuition fees
Semester contribution (everyone, winter 2026/27)367.80 EUR (226.80 EUR Deutschlandticket, 125 EUR Studierendenwerk, 16 EUR student body)

The contribution is paid only after enrolment, not with the application. The amount is set each semester, so it changes.

No tuition does not mean no proof of funds. For the student visa you still need to show 11,904 EUR for the year, usually in a blocked account.

What are the application deadlines?

These are the deadlines for applicants with a school or university qualification and citizenship from outside the EU; they fall earlier than the dates for German and EU applicants. Bachelor's applications, and applications for 16 Master's programmes including Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering (ISE), Economics, Information Systems and Software Engineering, go through uni-assist; all other Master's applications go through the UDE application portal. You can enrol only after arriving in Germany.
